For permission to enter the campground the authorization of the Management and the compilation of the access form after presenting an identification document are required.
No outsider can enter the campground, even if accompanied by guests, without the prior permission of the management.
The tag received on arrival must be displayed in a clearly visible manner on the vehicle; vehicles without a tag are denied access to the campground.
The Management reserves the right to deny entry to day visitors.
The installation of tents and campers must be carried out according to the instructions provided by the Management.
We ask guests to respect the vegetation, hygiene, and cleanliness of the facility; children must be accompanied to bathrooms.
Absolute silence is required from 11 pm to 7 am; from 1 pm to 3 pm the use of audio-visual equipment is not allowed to respect other people’s need for rest.
The speed of vehicles within the resort complex must not exceed 10 km per hour.
Motor vehicles may not be used to move within the campground.
Guests must observe the rules and timetable displayed at the pool.
Rates are per day regardless of the time of arrival.
The balance due must be paid by the end of the day following arrival and the site must be left by 12 pm on departure day. After that time, you will be charged an extra day.
It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the lawn and on the beach: it is also forbidden to waste water.
The Management shall not be liable for money and valuables that are not entrusted to its custody. The Management does not assume any liability for damage caused by bad weather or force majeure.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and accompanied periodically outside the campground. All dog owners are asked to clean up waste immediately and are liable for any damage they cause. It is also strictly forbidden to take them in the pool.
Please respect the opening and closing times of the office, the bar, the minimarket, and the closure of the vehicle barrier.
Guests are asked to receive calls only for emergencies.
Customers must put solid waste directly into the appropriate green bins which are located at the two entrances.
In the event of the failure to comply with these regulations the Management will be forced to take appropriate measures. In severe cases, offenders will be removed from the campground.
